I haven’t received my BackerKit survey—what do I do?

Most surveys have already been sent. If you’re still waiting, it’s usually one of two things:

Late pledge via Kickstarter – It can take up to 72 hours for Kickstarter to sync your pledge to BackerKit. Please give it a couple of days.

Pledged from an iOS device – Apple may mask your e-mail with a private relay address. That relay does not work inside BackerKit.

• Message us here on Kickstarter with the address you’d like us to use.

• Once we update your record, BackerKit will immediately send a fresh survey link.

Can’t find the e-mail after that? Check spam, then contact us via Kickstarter DM and we’ll resend it.
