Why are some rewards included in lower tiers but missing from my tier?

Short Answer:

We’ve been adding and adjusting rewards throughout the campaign based on your feedback. Since Kickstarter doesn’t allow us to modify existing tiers, some newer rewards ended up in lower tiers. We’ll make sure to correct any inconsistencies during fulfillment so everyone receives fair value for their pledge.

Long Answer:

When we first created this Kickstarter, we made our best guess at what people would want and what was feasible to deliver. As we heard from our backers, it became clear that you wanted more reward options—especially physical ones.

However, because Kickstarter doesn’t allow changing rewards in existing tiers, we had to introduce entirely new tiers for these additions. We did our best to keep things balanced, but understand that some rewards may appear in lower tiers and not in higher ones, especially if those tiers were created at different times or structured differently.
